The rental flat has two bedrooms (one with a Queen, one with a double bed), a sunroom which serves as the dining area, a living room with television (sorry, the wood-burning fireplace can't be used at the moment due to a chimney issue), a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with old-fashioned tub and shower, and a covered porch with a barbecue and a seating area that is sunlit in the late afternoon.

	The bathroom, completely refurbished but retaining its old-fashioned deep bathtub.
	The dining room, which gets morning sunlight and looks out onto the back yard and a ravine of native eucalyptus trees and tree ferns.
	The porch, which faces west and gets late-afternoon sun.
